GlenRock’s strategy is to leverage the networks and skill sets of our investment professionals, advisors, members and affiliates to locate and execute proprietary investment and advisory opportunities.
Our investments are generally made on an exclusive basis and we attempt to avoid being involved in a value inflating auction process. Given our interest in diversified investments and our extensive expertise, GlenRock is sector and stage agnostic. We have invested and will continue to invest in different industries and at various stages in the company life cycle. While we operate quickly to analyze a transaction, we are meticulous in our due diligence and particular in our transaction structuring.
If a transaction requires more capital than GlenRock would like to allocate to a single investment, we partner with the many private equity firms and other private investors with which we share close relationships. We offer our advisors, members and affiliates direct co-investment opportunities in each of our transactions.
