GlenRock was organized to invest in private equity and special situation opportunities and to provide strategic advisory services. Our advisory capabilities are typically deployed in support of businesses in which we have made an investment as principals, although we will selectively undertake stand-alone assignments. In all of our activities we are focused on identifying and building sustainable businesses that define themselves by their commitment to best practices.
